PHASE I - BEFORE TRAINING
- AUDIT - diagnosis of current language knowledge (writing and speaking test).
- DIVISION - into groups according to advancement
levels, aims, language needs and the students’ (time) availability.
- TRAINING SCHEDULING - planning the classes, deciding on the
frequency of the term tests and the choice of the methods, course
books and teachers.

PHASE II - DURING TRAINING
- MONITORING OF THE CONTRACT – the training coordinator remains in constant contact with the HR Training Department or the client's
representative.
Care for quick information flow in relation: TEACHER - OFFICE - CLIENT.
- MONITORING OF TEACHERS
- CLASS INSPECTION - the teachers’ classes are inspected quarterly.
- WORKSHOPS - methodological workshops for the teachers
- METHODOLOGICAL MEETINGS - teachers meet regularly in order to
discuss current methodological and organizational matters. Key
information is passed to the HR Training Department or the client's
representative
- MONITORING OF EFFICIENT TRAINING
- TESTS - Each term ends with a test checking students’ language
progress in the area of speaking, listening, reading, writing,
vocabulary and grammar.
- ATTENDANCE - the students' attendance is monitored on every class
and added up monthly and yearly.
- FEEDBACK - once a term, student fills in a feedback form concerning
all aspects of the training.
- REPORTING - monthly reports covering all aspects of the training
(on request).

PHASE III - AFTER TRAINING
- STUDENT’S APPRAISAL - at the end of the course we provide detailed
appraisal of the language progress students have made throughout the whole training.
- CERTIFICATE - after accomplishing the training, students receive
the certificate confirming their language level of advancement and the number of classes they participated in.
